Kamil is an experienced M&A / private equity professional with over 14 years of investment banking / private equity international background. His expertise covers the whole cycle of deal origination and execution as well as portfolio reporting and supervisory board assignments.
Through his years as an investment banker, based in London, Amsterdam and subsequently in Warsaw, Kamil completed approximately 40 local and cross-border M&A / corporate finance buy- and sell-side advisory engagements, with a focus on EV EUR 25-300m transactions, covering TMT (media, related digital services and products), FMCG (consumer business and retail / distribution), manufacturing and healthcare.
Since the beginning of his career, Kamil has been heavily involved in a number of extracurricular activities, including human resources, recruitment, mentoring and impact investing / social context. Kamil holds an MSs in Financial Analysis from the Maastricht University of Business and Economics, an MA in Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate diploma in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and is currently based in the Warsaw.
