Dan has extensive US and international experience in both the not-for-profit and commercial media sectors, where he managed strategic finance and operations including complex accounting, planning, tax, and compliance. His previous not-for-profit experience includes CFO and senior leadership positions at an international membership organization, a social service agency, and at Geller Advisors LLC, where he acted as a fractional CFO and Board-level advisor to a portfolio of private foundations, policy advocacy organizations and cultural institutions.
Before entering not-for-profit, Dan had a long career in the commercial media sector. He held several financial positions with the National Football League including Vice President, International Finance and CFO of NFL Europe in London, as well as previous positions with EMI Music and the Los Angeles Times.
Dan holds an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from Columbia Business School and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
