Amsterdam, 21 November 2025: Pluralis B.V. today announced that it had entered into an exchange of shares with leading Polish independent media company PTWP, exchanging its majority shareholding in Gremi Media S.A. for a minority holding in PTWP. Under the agreement, Pluralis has exchanged its 57% holding in Gremi, for 23% of PTWP shares.
Pluralis, founded by a group of prestigious European media companies, democracy-supporting foundations and impact investors, invests in news companies that provide independent, quality reporting in countries in Europe where a plural media is at risk. It first invested in Gremi Media S.A. in 2021.
